1.2. BUYER/CONSUMER
This agreement is concluded with the natural or legal person ("BUYER" or "CONSUMER") who purchases services through the SELLER's website. BUYER information is as specified in the order/registration form.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website https://evaste.co, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The BUYER acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they have read and obtained information about the preliminary information regarding the name, title, open address, telephone and other contact information of the SELLER, the basic characteristics of the service, the sales price including taxes, the payment method, the right of withdrawal and how to use this right, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.
3. Basic Features of the Service
Evaste is a software service (SaaS - Software as a Service) provided in digital environment. The service includes:
- Cookie consent management with customizable banners
- Privacy document creation (KVKK disclosure text, GDPR privacy policy)
- Compliance tools and reports
- Technical integration (JavaScript Widget, API access, CMS integrations)

4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. General Withdrawal Right
In accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
4.2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the date the service subscription begins.
4.3. Exceptions to Withdrawal Right
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be used in the following cases:
- For contracts regarding intangible goods that are immediately performed or delivered to the consumer electronically, if the performance has started with the PRIOR EXPLICIT CONSENT of the CONSUMER
- For services prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs
